Ticketing Time Limit: V & S CLASS BOOKINGS WILL BE AUTO-CANCELLED 14 DAYS AFTER RESERVATION CONFIRMATION. Exceptions:
If reservation made between 14 and 7 days prior to departure, ticketing must be completed within 3 days of confirmation.
If reservation made between 7 and 3 days of departure, ticketing must be completed within 1 day of confirmation.
If reservation made within 3 days of departure, ticketing must be completed within 6 hours of reservation confirmation
PLEASE NOTE: An AUTOMATED ticket deadline control applies.
S.T.P.C: STPC offered for overnight non connecting CA flights only.
Changes: First date changes permitted free of charge*.
Additional date changes allowed at AUD50* per change.
If changes to the first outbound sector affect the validity, a reissue fee of AUD100* is required per ticket and a fare difference is charged if applicable.
After departure reissues are not permitted.
* Express Ticketing Service fee of AUD22.00 (GST incl) applies per ticket.
Cancellation/Refunds: A fee of AUD220* per adult, AUD165* per child & AUD22* per infant ticket applies. (inclusive of GST)
After departure, fare will be reassessed*, less the cancellation fee, using the applicable one-way fare for the journey travelled and the balance will be refunded. No refund will be given under AUD30*.
* Express Ticketing Service fee of AUD33.00 (GST incl) applies per ticket.
