S.T.P.C: Free accommodation is provided in Seoul as per the following criteria:
1. Hotel Overnight - One night accommodation, transfers and breakfast offered when passenger taking involuntary* next day KE first connecting flight.
2. Hotel Day use - will be given for transit over 9 hours to KE first connecting flight.
3. Lounge Use/Fitness Centre - will be given for transit over 6 hours but less than 9 hours to KE first connecting flight.
Important: *Involuntary - Passengers taking involuntary next day connections where no scheduled flight exists from/to SYD, BNE, MEL.
Only one of the above services may be used on the entire journey and MUST be pre-booked directly with KE reservations prior to ticketing. No requests accepted less than 48 hours prior to departure.
Passport Number, Nationality and Date of Birth of passenger(s) must be provided to KE when booking STPC.
STPC/Day use hotels vary. Vouchers are collected from Incheon Airport. Where involuntary/voluntary connection involves 2 nights in SEL - no STPC provided.
STPC, Day Use & Lounge Use are all services which hold no commercial dollar value.
STPC, Day Use & Lounge Use can not be requested in conjunction with waitlisted flights.
STPC, Day Use & Lounge Use services are not applicable to connections to/from code-share services in Seoul. Exception: KE5901 - ICN to CDG permitted.
