Hotel Overnight - One night accommodation, transfers and breakfast offered when passenger taking involuntary* next day KE first connecting flight. 2. Hotel Day use - will be given for transit over 9 hours to KE first connecting flight. 3. Lounge Use/Fitness Centre - will be given for transit over 6 hours but less than 9 hours to KE first connecting flight. Important: *Involuntary - Passengers taking involuntary next day connections where no scheduled flight exists from/to SYD, BNE, MEL. Only one of the above services may be used on the entire journey and MUST be pre-booked directly with KE reservations prior to ticketing. No requests accepted less than 48 hours prior to departure.
