Nozawa Onsen is very popular and famous for its beautiful white scenery, lovely hot spring being loved since Edo era, and its exciting ski resort!
Nozawa Onsen-village is located in the northern part of Nagano prefecture, bordered by Kijimadaira-village to the south, Iiyama city to the west across the Chikumagawa river, and Sakae-village to the north and east.
In their ski slope are, there are 20 courses and 20 lifts including gondlas, and the longest cruising run is 10000m.
The exciting dynamic slopes have been loved by many skier and snow borders from all over the world, and now the slopes are used for big international sli competition.
